The No-Clean Solder Wire is developed as the final solution to eliminate the use of solvents for cleaning in the electronics industry. Flux integrates in this solder are new generations of Low Residue Liquid Fluxes. The Flux Formula leaves minimal residues and makes cleaning completely unnecessary, is clear,colourless, non-corrosive and gives an extremely high electric insulation and resistance value. Its excellent wetting and fluxing activities allow the residues to remain without the need of removal, and yet comply with the JIS corrosion test requirements.The flux residues left by the NC81 core flux are non-corrosive, non-conductive and do not require removal in most applications.
