Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

We at the Audiocrafts offer a 5 days Return Policy that commences from the day your Order has been Delivered

Return or Exchange / Refund Conditions for a Damaged  / DOA Product

  • The Delivered products are only Eligible For Returns For a Full Refund or Exchange under the Following Conditions
  • The Product has Suffered any Kind Of Damage while in Transit. ( To be Reported ASAP* with Photographic evidence )
  • The Product is Dead on Arrival and or does not function properly . ( To be Reported ASAP* with Photographic evidence )
  • Partial Damage, that is a part of the full product is damaged or not functioning as intended  .( To be Reported ASAP* with Photographic evidence )

Returns or Exchange in case a Wrong Product has been Ordered

  • Due to the Electronic and Technical Nature of the products we Will Accept  only if the unused and packed in the original manufacturer packing as received.
  • Damages and issues happened after the usage due to improper usage or intentional damages caused by the buyer will not be accepted.
  • Accessories and consumables that have been used and and exhibit any kind of wear and tear will not be accepted
  • Returned items will be inspected on return by an eligible service team or Manufacturer and then processed further for return or exchange
  • The Return Freight and the Shipping charges for Sending an exchanged Product will be borne by the buyer
  • Buyer can opt for replacement or refund according to their wish.
  • Refunds are subjected to a processing time of 2-5 working days applicable
  • Shipping charges will be non refundable in case a product is not exchange but returned

*Within the mentioned time frame of 5 days from Delivery.

Returns or Claims raised after 5 days of receipt will not be covered under return policy.

The Returns can be initiated through the User Account by opening a return request


Cancellation Policy

The audiocrafts reserves the right to refuse any order or part order or to ask for further information in order to process an order.

Cancellation:

As a customer you have the right to cancel any order within Five days and receive a full refund minus delivery charges. If the product is already in transit or has arrived, you will be required to deliver the product back to us at your own cost, in an unopened, unused and undamaged condition prior to refund, unless notified to us otherwise of its condition.
