A low quality Potentiometer can cause high frequency attenuation and an inaccurate two-channel attenuation . This Results in an improper sound field positioning. The product featured here is a 21 step high Precision Step potentiometer with an original Patented Design directly from its inventor  M/s WingYip Technologies. This potentiometer uses Highly Precise 1% Tolerance Chip type resistors from Uniohm on a 2mm Thick Gold immersion PCB, featuring a Unique S shape-Pattern . The Tracking Is done using a 24K gold Plated Brush over this S pattern, which enables a make before break connectivity thus resulting in a smoother transition as compared to generic step potentiometers. This Potentiometer produces a very accurate two channel tracking with a wider frequency response and proper soundfield placement.
